    It was refreshing to hear discussion about how goals for time-crunched athletes should be about enjoyment as well as performance.

    The news that my FTP may only increase in a limited range was both liberating and a little depressing!

    I found it confusing that Zone1 in JB's system is equivalent to Z1+Z2 in Coggan/Friel etc.

    Thanks for a great podcast.
