We welcome back Coach Tim Ramsden. Tim is an Association of British Cycling L3 Cycling coach and owner of blackcatcyclecoaching.com. Tim has joined us numerous times for shows on cadence,  time trials for newcomers and Sweet Spot Training.

Today is part one of two shows where we look at all of the identified training zones. Part 1 includes Active Recovery, Endurance and Tempo. I should mention also that on the Sweet Spot show that we did a while back, Tim did a great job of going through the history of the whole training zone process. Welcome back Tim!
